Account blocked due to an incorrect password

If your account has been blocked due to multiple incorrect password attempts, you can take the following steps to reactivate it:

Option 1: Change Password through Password Reset:

Go to and click on "Login" at the top right corner.

Click on "Forgot your password?" for password reset.

Follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an OTP on your registered phone number, which you can use to complete the password reset process..

Create a new password following our platform's password requirements.

Once you have successfully reset your password, try logging in again using your new credentials.

Option 2: Email Customer Support:

Send an email to  from your registered email address.

In the email, please state that you wish to unlock your account and provide any necessary account verification details.

Our Customer Support team will review your request and perform the required actions to unlock your account.

Please note that if you choose Option 2, it may take some time for our Customer Support team to process your request and unlock your account. Option 1, on the other hand, allows you to reset your password and regain access to your account more quickly.

In either case, please make sure to use a strong and secure password when resetting it.
