Enable/Disable 2 factor SMS log-in authenticator

To enable or disable the 2-factor SMS log-in authenticator in Betano, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Betano account.

2. Click on your profile icon or username, usually located in the top right corner of the website.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Profile > Login & Security.

Enabling 2-Factor SMS Log-in authenticator: 

  • Look for the "Two-factor authentication (2FA)".

  • Use the toggle button to enable the "Two-factor authentication (2FA)".
  • You will need to enter your login password during this process.
  • Once enabled, you will receive an SMS code on your registered phone number every time you log in. Enter this code to complete the log-in process.

Disabling 2-Factor SMS Log-in authenticator: 

  • If you wish to disable the 2-factor SMS log-in authenticator, go back to My Account > Login & Security > Two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Use the toggle button to disable the "Two-factor authentication (2FA)".
  • You will need to enter your login password during this process.
  • Confirm your action if prompted.
