To access your deposit history and find a comprehensive summary of your transactions, please follow these steps:
Sign In: Log in to your Betano account using your registered username and password.
My Account: Once logged in, click on "My Account" located in the top right corner of the website.
History: In the dropdown menu, select "History."
Transactions: On the History page, click on the "Transactions" tab.
Here, you will find an overview of all your transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, casino chips, and bet placement or settlement. To specifically view your withdrawal history, look for the entries related to withdrawals.
Within this section, found in the top right corner, you can filter by:
- The transaction period (Last 24 hours, Last Week, Last Month, Last 2 months)
- Detailed records (All, Bets, Deposits, Withdrawals, Casino Chips, Other)
Set the relevant filters and date fields to access and review your deposit history.
In addition to the preview, you can also select “Export Page” which will prompt an Excel (xlsx) file to download onto your device.
Please note that the transaction history provides details such as the date and time of the transaction, the type of transaction, the transaction amount, and any associated remarks or notes. It serves as a comprehensive record of your financial activities on the platform.
