You can cancel a withdrawal request if it has not been processed yet. To do so, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to "My Account".
- Select "Transactions".
- Click on "Withdrawal Cancellation".
If your withdrawal request has not been completed, you will see the option to cancel it. After cancelling the withdrawal, the funds will be immediately available in your account balance.
However, please note that once a withdrawal has been processed and completed, it cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the funds have already been transferred to your chosen payment method.
Also pay attention, if you have activated Withdrawal Request Cancellation, you won't be allowed to cancel your withdrawal.
