- Data Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format for easy transfer to another service provider. You can navigate to My Account >Personal data > Portability.
- Objection: You have the right to object to certain types of data processing, such as direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of Consent: If you have previously given consent for the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time.

To view and manage your personal data, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Betano account.
- Go to "My Account" and navigate to "Personal Data."

In the "Personal Data" section, you can find information about the personal data we collect and maintain in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.
4. Data Portability Request:
