If you don't hold the said card anymore, and you have already added it to your account, you may upload a proof of the card cancellation/closure/renewal, which could be:
In the event that you no longer are in possession of a card that is on your account, the documents that may be requested from you for verification are
- the relevant document issued by the bank upon the cancellation, or
- a screenshot of the email cancellation you may have received from the bank, or
- a screenshot from the bank application with the status of the specific card (canceled/lost).
You can upload the relevant document from My Account > Profile > Verification process. You can upload the relevant document from the "Other document" option provided.
