When using a prepaid card to deposit, the equivalent withdrawal method is withdrawal by bank transfer. The documentation requested from you to verify your withdrawal may be, but is not limited to a picture of the card, and a recent bank statement of yours.
You can submit this information by going to My Account > Profile > Verification Process. You can use the option Other document to upload the relevant documentation.
