To validate your bank account, you need to send us either a photo of the first page of your Account statement or a screenshot from the App/Internet Banking service that should include the following essential details for the bank transfer:
- The Transit Number of your bank account.
- The Bank's Logo, which should be clearly visible.
- Your Full Name as the account holder.
Our team will promptly review the document to validate your bank account for withdrawal. You may upload the necessary files from My Account > Profile > Verification process.
Once you proceed with the verification, you will be allowed to choose the added account and proceed with your withdrawal. To proceed with the verification, you will need to go to My Account > Profile > Verification process, and choose the Bank Booklet from the drop-down menu of Other Document.
