Under the AML CFT and its regulations, we may verify your identity by referring to information in your credit file or by referring to a photo identification document issued by an approved government agency.
Government-Issued Photo Identification Method
Upload one of the following documents (photographed or scanned), which should be authentic (issued by a federal government), valid (unaltered), and current (not expired):
- Passport
- Driver's license
- Voters Card
- National ID card/NIN
In cases where an Identity card next to face (IDNF) is required, you are expected to snap hold your ID next to your face, and snap with it, with all the information on the ID readable. The below pictures show the acceptable ways to do this:
