Updating my first/last name, or date of birth on my account

We understand that mistakes can happen while entering your personal details during the account registration process. If you've accidentally used your nickname or provided the wrong date of birth, don't worry – we're here to help you rectify it. To ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Support

For changes related to your legal name or date of birth, kindly reach out to our customer support team. Our knowledgeable support representatives will guide you through the necessary steps to update your information correctly.

2. Account Verification

To maintain the security of your account, our customer support team will verify your identity before processing any changes to your personal details. This process ensures that only you have access to modify the information associated with your account.

3. Provide Correct Information

During your interaction with our customer support team, make sure to provide the correct legal name and accurate date of birth. This information will be used to update your account details promptly. Photo ID may be requested from you in order to confirm the changes to your account details.

4. Double-Check Other Account Information

While addressing the name or date of birth issue, take the opportunity to review and confirm other account details such as your email address, or phone number. Ensuring all details are correct will enhance the security and reliability of your account.

5. Submit Documentation (if required)

In the event that a photo ID is requested from you, please follow these steps to upload the requested document(s).

Go to My Account > Profile > Verification Process. Upload your document under the respective category.

When your documentation is required to change your name or date of birth, please upload the relevant document from the option Other document-> Other document (selected from the drop-down menu). If the option is not visible to you, please contact our customer support team for its activation. 

Once uploaded, the document will be reviewed by the relevant department for accuracy and the changes will be made to your account. In the event that any further information or action from your side is required, we’ll be reaching out to you via email.
