Self Exclusion

You may, at your discretion, choose to restrict your access to your account and/or exclude yourself from Sportsbook and/or Casino on our site, temporarily or permanently.

To restrict your access to Sportsbook and/or Casino, you need to visit the Player Protection> Self-Exclusion section in your account or send an email to our Customer Service team, at cs@betano.ng.

If you choose to restrict your account, please click on your balance at the top of the page, then select My Account Profile > Player Protection, you can choose:

  • self-exclusion (for various periods: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

In case you would like to self-exclude permanently to one or both products, please reach out to our team to assist you.

If you wish to lower the self-exclusion time frame and/or apply self-exclusion to less than the already selected products, then this request will be granted 7 days later.
