Self Exclusion

You may, at your discretion, choose to restrict your access to your account and/or exclude yourself from Sportsbook and/or Casino on our site, temporarily or permanently.

If you choose to restrict your account, directly from Profile > Player Protection, you can choose:

  • self-exclusion (for various periods of time: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

In case you would like to self exclude permanently to one or both products, please reach to our team to assist you.

If you wish to lower the self exclusion time frame and/or apply self exclusion to less than the already selected products, then this request will be granted 7 days later.

In order to check if you can revoke a restriction of your account, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team.
